Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio in a refurbished historic post office, the Lebanon Conference and Banquet Center is an ideal venue for small, intimate weddings and receptions, anniversary parties, small trade shows and fund raising events.

The main ballroom seats 150 people in a 40′ by 50′ space. The facility includes a warming kitchen for caterers, a large lobby area, separate bathrooms and handicapped entrance.

Rental time is from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Set up is allowed the day before your event, during our business hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Clean up is 11 p.m. until midnight.

The rental fee is $800 with a $400 non-refundable deposit. A lease must be signed and deposit received to secure the date. Reduced rates are offered for non-profits with Federal 501c3 status.

Twelve 60″ round tables, six banquet tables and 150 folding chairs are included at no extra charge. You may rent additional tables and chairs as desired.

A list of preferred caterers is provided for your convenience.
NO SELF-CATERING, PLEASE.

Other rental information includes linens, music and electronics.
