Located in Lebanon’s historic WPA era former post office, the Armstrong Conference Center is an ideal venue for weddings, receptions, anniversary parties, small trade shows and fundraising events. Built in the Government Greek-Revival style in 1936, the Armstrong Conference Center features the building's original lovely hardwood floors throughout the main ballroom. The space is 45′ by 50′ and seats a max of 130 people. Facility rental includes the Duning Family Auditorium, a warming kitchenette, cloakroom, separate newly renovated bathrooms, and handicapped entrance (accessible through the rear of the building, from the library's new parking lot on South Street).
Following the guidelines set forth by the CDC and Ohio Department of Health, the Armstrong Conference Center undertakes enhanced COVID-19 cleaning protocol after every event.
**Padded steel folding chairs are those available for rent.**
The space is able to be rented from 10 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Clean up is 11:00 p.m. until 11:30 p.m. (Please take everything you brought with you, including your trash.) The rental fee is $1100, $500 of which is due as a non-refundable deposit. A lease must be signed and deposit received to secure the date. Reduced rates are offered for non-profits with Federal 501c3 status. A credit card number is required for a $500 damage deposit.
Set up is allowed the day of your event. If you would like to set up the day prior, you may do so during our business hours of 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., for an additional $200. Facility rental does NOT include the use of the Baby Grand Piano, or the s 86" 4K Interactive flat screen. However, a Spinet may be provided upon request. Only staff may operate the 86" flat screen. Staff is available to operate the flat screen, during your event, for $100. Free Wi-Fi is provided.
Additional Rental Options
Sixty inch round or 8' banquet tables cost $6.50 each (seats 8 comfortably). Padded seat folding chairs are $2.50 each. You may rent linens and additional tables or chairs as desired from an outside vendor.
Below, you'll find a list of approved caterers. You may use a caterer that is not on our list, however, they must call the office prior to the event. NO SELF or DROP-OFF CATERING.
