In the heart of historic downtown Lebanon, Harmon Museum sits on a little hill with 18 steps leading from the sidewalk to its front door. People use the Harmon Museum steps for group and high school photos, viewing parades and for, of course, enterting Harmon Museum. The steps are old and crumbling and need major repairs.
